This accessibility statement applies to the LGBT Veterans Independent Review website. The website is run by LGBT Veterans Independent Review Team.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use the website. This includes:

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 (the ‘accessibility regulations’). This website aims to meet all of the relevant success criteria up to and including level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1.

Should any issues arise, we will aim to resolve them as soon as possible.

Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

Internal accessibility testing against the WCAG 2.1 success criteria has been conducted on the website, and all known issues uncovered up to and beyond level AA have been resolved.
